SCHOOL & COLLEGE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

 Empower U Coaching & Programs

Effective Date: 05/01/2026

This Agreement is entered into between:

Empower U Coaching & Programs (“Provider”)
and
[School/District/College Name] (“Client”)

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide structured coaching programs designed to support student development, including emotional wellness, confidence, behavior, life skills, and career readiness.

The Provider agrees to deliver coaching services, which may include:

• Small group coaching sessions 
• One-on-one student coaching 
• Classroom or workshop sessions 
• Career readiness and life skills training 
• Emotional development and confidence-building support 

Programs may be customized based on the needs of the Client.

Programs may include:

• Weekly coaching sessions 
• Small groups (4–8 students) 
• 4–8 week short-term programs 
• Quarterly student rotation programs 
• Full school-year (9-month) programs 
• Workshops and assemblies 

Final structure will be agreed upon in writing prior to program start.

• Services will be provided on agreed dates and times 
• Sessions may be conducted in-person or virtually 
• The Client will provide appropriate space and scheduling coordination (if in-person) 

Program Fee: $__________

Payment terms:

• Payment due [upfront / monthly / per session] 
• Invoices will be issued by the Provider 
• Late payments may result in suspension of services 

The Client agrees to:

• Provide access to students and appropriate space 
• Ensure student participation and supervision (if required) 
• Obtain necessary parent/guardian consent for minors 
• Communicate scheduling changes in advance 

The Provider agrees to:

• Deliver professional coaching services 
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment 
• Adapt programming to meet student needs 
• Communicate regularly with designated school contact 

• Student information will be treated with respect and discretion 
• Confidentiality may be limited if required by law or safety concerns 
• Group sessions rely on mutual respect and cannot guarantee confidentiality from participants 

• Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment 
• The Provider does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions 
• Students may be referred to licensed professionals when appropriate 

The Provider is not liable for:

• Decisions or actions taken by students outside sessions 
• Outcomes related to personal or academic performance 
• Any indirect or incidental damages 

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14–30 days written notice 
• Sessions canceled by the Client with less than 24 hours notice may still be billed 
• Provider reserves the right to terminate services for safety or misconduct concerns 

The Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client.

This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and may only be modified in writing.
