Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health or medical conditions 
• Coaching is not a substitute for licensed professional care 
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please seek help from a qualified professional 

You understand and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results 
• Coaching provides guidance and support, but outcomes are not guaranteed 
• Progress depends on your participation, commitment, and follow-through 

While we are committed to supporting your growth:

• We do not guarantee specific results 
• Individual outcomes may vary based on personal effort and circumstances 

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality within coaching sessions. However:

• Confidentiality may be limited if disclosure is required by law 
• Group sessions (such as The Healing Circle) rely on mutual respect and cannot guarantee complete confidentiality from other participants

• Career development 
• Goal setting and accountability 

We may refer you to licensed professionals when appropriate.

By participating in group sessions or The Healing Circle, you agree to:

• Respect others’ privacy and experiences 
• Maintain a supportive and respectful environment

• Decisions or actions you take following coaching sessions 
• Outcomes related to personal, emotional, or professional changes 
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation
